From shipper to broker to carrier to driver. No hidden spreads. No coerced waivers. No blind percentages.
We're not complaining. We're explaining how to fix it. McCown Co. LLC exists to bring enforceable standards, honest transparency, and professional protections back to American trucking. Truckers across the country are stepping up to demand transparency, push enforcement, and hold brokers accountable. This is your chance to help build it from the ground up.
McCown Co. is a national movement founded by working truckers to restore transparency, fairness, professionalism, and safety to the freight industry. In this short video, David McCown introduces who we are, why we were founded, and what we are working to accomplish.

Many carriers do not know that 49 CFR 371.3 gives each party to a brokered transaction the right to review the broker's required transaction record. That current right is retrospective. AFFTRA seeks to add automatic disclosure to every party, including the shipper, before the load is booked.
Closing that information gap is one of the fastest changes the industry can make today. Every driver and carrier who learns their rights is another step toward bringing integrity back to this industry.
Drivers and carriers are joining from every region of the country. This is a paid membership, not a donation. It funds the work of a real organization.
