Mikey Ledesma, known as Little Mikey, is a 47 year old professional driver from Oakland, California, with more than 20 years of trucking experience.

After more than two decades in the industry, Mikey reached a point where low pay, declining standards, and unfair practices nearly drove him away from the profession. When he discovered McCownUSA and AFFTRA, the mission made sense to him. Instead of leaving silently, he chose to stand beside other drivers and help fight for something better.
Mikey brings experience, communication skills, and a direct connection to the working drivers who live with the industry's problems every day. He supports stronger wages, meaningful protections, transparency, fairness, and renewed respect for the men and women behind the wheel.
