McCown Co. supports education, legal research, regulatory advocacy, compliance review, referrals, and selected legal efforts approved by counsel.

AFFTRA proposes express protection against retaliation, blacklisting, intimidation, or discriminatory treatment directed at a carrier or driver for requesting lawful records, filing a complaint, or reporting suspected misconduct.
• Compliance guidance so members act correctly and protect their own standing.
• Research supporting proposed legislation and regulatory comment.
