Broker Behavior Tracking

Turning scattered, individual experiences into organized, member reported data the industry cannot ignore.

A Brief Explanation

When a broker refuses a transparency request, that experience usually dies in one carrier's inbox. Broker behavior tracking collects those experiences in one place so patterns become visible.

How It Works
  • Members log transparency requests and outcomes, including refusals, non-responses, and compliance.
  • Records are organized by broker USDOT number, by state, and over time.
  • Repeat patterns are identified and prepared for regulatory and legislative attention.
Why It Matters

A single refusal is an anecdote. A verified pattern of repeated refusals may present a serious compliance concern warranting regulatory, legislative, or legal review. This also protects honest brokers, whose record speaks for itself.

This page is educational and is not legal advice. Regulations change and apply differently to different situations. Consult a qualified professional before acting.
